Each year, all students must submit a new meal application. All families need to complete an application regardless of how they are attending school this year. The Family Empowerment Scholarship (FES) Program
The Family Empowerment Scholarship Program (FES) was established to provide children of families with limited financial resources educational options to achieve success in their education (FS. 1002.394).
